Hello everyone!

The Product Committee is starting up again, and we're going full steam ahead.

Lori and I are really excited to organize this - and we want everyone to be on board who is interested.

I'm proposing three dates for the next meeting and I'd love feedback from anyone who is interested to attend - let me know which dates you can/can't make and we'll try and pick the one that the most people can attend.
*Tuesday, August 10th - 7:00pm
*Tuesday, August 17th - 7:00pm
*Tuesday, August 24th - 7:00pm

The following is a potential agenda for the meeting. If you're interested in any of the topics, then be sure to attend the committee meeting so that you can share your opinion and plans!

Introductions
1. Revisiting tasks from last meeting. (5 minutes)
2. Updating our Committee Charter. (10 minutes)
3. Set criteria for voting committee member. (10 minutes)
3. Setting Committee goals as directed by Board policy. (20 minutes)
4. Plan a meeting for co-op month (15 minutes)
5. Survey to go out to the membership (20 minutes)
6. Samples (10 minutes)

7. Present suggestions for other agenda items - these suggestions will then be voted upon by all present committee members and the ones that receive the most votes will be discussed first. 
Possible agenda items: 
1. Price Points
2. Optimization of shelf space
3. In-store education about products
4. Fish Oil
5. Non-vege capsules
6. Bottled Water

I want to have as many people come out as possible! So please respond as soon as you get a chance.

I would love to be there but work on Tuesdays till 9-
I will stay in touch by email and contribute that way-
What about adding something about-
Productos Organicos-
or some way to attract the Spanish population from the nearby church and community

We're still trying to figure out the best overall day for the meetings, but we're planning on holding the next meeting this Tuesday, August 17th at 7pm.

We'll be upstairs from the store. Please come by if you get a chance, and if you can't make it because of the day, please let us know and we'll change it.
