superfresh location in Plainsboro

The Superfresh Store in Plainsboro has closed, leaving the area with no other choice for groceries except mc cafferys or Wegmans (way overpriced). The empty locatin in Plainsboro would be the perfect spot for a co-op such as yours. There is also an AMISH Market in Monmouth Junction that could join the festivities. The large population of vegetarians inthe area would make the location a superb spot for a food co-op. How does one go about starting a co-op? I would love to see one in the old superfresh location.
