Just a reminder that we meet for yoga every Tuesday at the New Brunswick Public Library Guest House (the stone building across from the co-op; 2nd floor). Please bring a mat or towel and arrive on time -- or early! -- because it is a small space. We begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Class is free, but donations for the store are gratefully accepted. All levels, including beginners, are welcome.

I'll be out of town next week, so there will be no yoga class on Tuesday April 7th. Class resumes the following week. Take the time to try your own practice or do something nurturing for yourself.
