countertop, sm. piece of corian/someone to cut it for Coop

Hi All!
1) We need a kitchen countertop for the prep room - style not crucial just has to be about 8' long or more and in good sanitary condition.
2) We need a piece of solid surface counter - such as "Corian" for the tiny sink area in the prep room - 2' wide or a bit less would be enough
3) We could use the help of someone who can cut corian for the small bar sink that has to drop into it.
