Wanted: 3 PS/2 to USB adapters

As with my prior requests for VGA cables and serial cable adapters, this is needed for the Point of Sale we're putting together.
The adapters I'm looking for would allow you to plug an old-style PS/2 keyboard or mouse into a new-style USB port. One such adapter is pictured here:
But it needn't have two PS/2 connectors (one is enough) and it doesn't necessarily have to include any length of cable. I need three separate adapters for the three machines, but they don't need to match each other in appearance.
